Product rates, taxes, any onboarding costs or deposits, service scope, responsibilities and settlement terms will be confirmed in writing. Only a mutually accepted written agreement can establish those commercial obligations. Budget ranges in the form represent applicant capacity, not quoted investment packages.
Business responsibility
In the franchise and managed e-commerce models, partners retain responsibility for their seller accounts, identity and bank details, pricing and advertising approvals, working capital and applicable business records. Any operational work by Soni Enterprises is subject to the agreed scope.
Service enquiries and platform access
Account management, automation and problem-solving enquiries are assessed for suitability and feasibility. No specific resolution, integration or delivery deadline is promised before a written scope is accepted. Customers must authorise legitimate access and remain responsible for marketplace rules, KYC, banking, tax and essential approvals. This is an independent Soni Enterprises service, not an official Meesho franchise or marketplace endorsement.

The small investment-interest section records enquiries for a possible future discussion. It does not offer an investment product, accept funds or promise an annual return. Any future arrangement requires a defined legal structure, applicable eligibility and approval review, and separate written terms.
