This notice explains how Soni Enterprises uses information submitted through Ecom with Nikhil’s partnership applications, callback requests and service enquiries.

What we collect

Callback requests collect your name, number, service interest and optional email address. Other forms collect the contact, location, business, experience, budget and preferences you choose to provide, together with your consent and submission time. Service enquiries may also include the tools you use, a description of your problem, attempted fixes and desired outcomes. Do not submit bank credentials, identification documents, passwords or OTPs. A hashed network identifier may be temporarily stored to limit abusive submissions.

Why we use it

Your information is used to assess partnership suitability or service requirements, contact you about the enquiry, send an automatic acknowledgement when you provide an email address, record follow-up discussions and maintain application status. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.

Who can access it

Applications are available to the authorised owner through a protected dashboard. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate this website. Enquiry contact details and service interest are also sent through Resend to our business mailbox for internal email notifications. Resend also processes your provided email address and limited enquiry details to deliver your automatic acknowledgement. These service providers may process data outside India. Information may also be shared when legally required.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept while assessing the application and managing any resulting business relationship, or where recordkeeping is required. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of contact consent or deletion by emailing hello@ecomwithnikhil.in with your application reference. Withdrawing consent may prevent further assessment of the enquiry.

Site technology

The application keeps unfinished details in memory while the page remains open. It does not save a browser draft. Essential hosting or sign-in cookies may be used for private access and owner authentication. Session storage remembers when you dismiss the service guide, so it does not automatically reopen during that browser session. It does not store enquiry details. This version does not include advertising tracking.
